Recently, we we sat down with T.D. Jakes to talk with him about a number of things, one of which was the Woman Thou Art Loosed Conference. Woman Thou Art Loosed (WTAL) began in 1992 as a Sunday school curriculum developed and taught by Bishop T.D. Jakes. What began as a way  to encourage women to become extraordinary women of purpose, WTAL has transformed into a world-renowned and life-changing book, a Grammy ®-nominated album, a NAACP Award-winning film and a wildly successful national conference that, for more than 10 years, has brought together thousands of women from all over the world.
