It’s been quite sometime since I’ve read an article that has kept me thinking about it, throughout the day the way, this article has.
I feel that I could’ve written it myself word for word because many of times I have found myself starting my morning much like Ali did, with the blue light only to find that what I started in the day has now carried over to the rising of the sun and a good deal of time spent. I felt compelled to share this in hopes that points that he makes about guarding our time can serve as either a great reminder or a good starting point for those of us who need it.
